Herfurth & Partner’s Hannover office houses both foreign and domestic lawyers, who are ready and able to assist both our local and foreign clients in their cross-border projects. Our foreign lawyers have a wide spectrum of backgrounds and experiences. Some originate from a foreign country but have studied law in a university in Germany.

Others have foreign legal degrees but have completed supplementary legal studies here in Germany. A handful are German Attorneys-at-Law who have gathered legal experience in working abroad. The firm also maintains constant contact with colleagues in foreign law firms via correspondences, joint conferences and exchange programmes.
