Marc-André Delp has been an attorney since 2004 and is now also a specialist attorney for international business law. At Herfurth & Partner he is responsible for general civil law, contract drafting and receivables management as well as international commercial law.

Mr. Delp studied at the Universities of Hanover and Vienna and at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. He also graduated as Magister Legum Europae (M.L.E.) for European Legal Practice at the Universities of Hanover and Vienna.

In the years 2001/2002 and 2004/2005 he worked as a tutor in the course of studies European Legal Practice at the University of Hanover. His experience also includes working for a commercial law firm in Malta.

In German and international business law, he focuses on the drafting and review of purchase and supply agreements, framework supply agreements and general terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements and license agreements (national and international), in particular for technology companies and with a focus on the automotive and aviation sectors. Mr. Delp is also responsible for the enforcement of claims abroad, the enforcement of German judgments abroad and foreign judgments in Germany. Since the introduction of the DSGVO, he also advises companies on data protection issues with international implications.

Marc André Delp regularly holds lectures, seminars and workshops for chambers of industry and commerce and business development agencies in northern and central Germany, primarily in the areas of contract drafting in international business and data protection law with international implications.
