Prof. Dr. Christiane Trüe ist Professorin an der Hochschule Bremen. Sie deckt als of Counsel für Herfurth & Partner den Bereich Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht, Europäisches und nationales Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrecht, Vergaberecht, Umweltrecht, Energierecht und Europarecht ab

Prof. Trüe war von 1996 bis 2010 als Rechtsanwältin zugelassen. Sie verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrungen aus wissenschaftlicher Tätigkeit und aus ihrer Beschäftigung in der Niedersächsischen Landesregierung.

Sie war Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht der Universität Marburg (Europäisches Wettbewerbsrecht),  Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Völkerrecht, Abteilung Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht, an der Universität Göttingen (europäisches Verwaltungsrecht, Verfassungsrecht), German Law Lecturer (DAAD) an der Norwich Law School, University of East Anglia, Norwich (deutsches öffentliches Recht und Privatrecht, Europarecht), Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Völkerrecht, Abteilung Atomrecht und internationales Umweltrecht, Universität Göttingen, (Europarecht und deutsches, europäisches und internationales Umwelt- und Energierecht) und Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Deutsch-Chinesischen Institut für Rechtswissenschaft, Universität Göttingen (deutsches und chinesisches Recht, Schwerpunkt öffentliches Recht, Europarecht und internationales Recht, vor allem im Umwelt- und Energierecht). Für das Land Niedersachsen war sie mehrere Jahre im Innenministerium als Referentin beschäftigt. Seit 2016 lehrt sie als Professorin an der Hochschule Bremen Öffentliches Recht, insbesondere allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht sowie Staats- und Verfassungsrecht
