Sibyll Hollunder-Reese was admitted to the bar in 1995. Her practice focuses on German and international civil and commercial law, corporate law and European law.
Sibyll Hollunder-Reese studied at the Universities of Würzburg and Bonn and obtained her Master of International Business Law (M.B.L.) degree from the University of St. Gallen. During her studies, she worked for several years as a research assistant for twelve members of the German Bundestag and after her studies as an in-house lawyer for Kölnische Rückersicherungsgesellschaft AG in Cologne. In 2001 she was a member of the supervisory board of an IT-Service AG.
Attorney Hollunder-Reese regularly advises German and international projects in corporate law, including corporate structures, corporate management with management contracts, rules of procedure, group structures and transformations. In the field of M&A, she deals with company acquisitions, company sales and participations on both the buyer and seller side. This includes company audits / due diligence, documentation, the drafting of contract models and the conduct of contract negotiations. She is also responsible for the establishment of companies for German and foreign clients in Germany and the support of the establishment of subsidiaries abroad. Within the framework of compliance management, Hollunder-Reese advises companies on special areas such as the obligations under the Money Laundering Act.
