Antonia Herfurth has been admitted to the bar at the Higher Regional Court Munich since 2019. She works in the IP, copyright law, media and digitalization team.

Antonia Herfurth studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg and at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich with a focus on European law. During her legal clerkship she worked in a law firm specializing in copyright law in Munich and in a commercial law firm in London.

She started her legal practice in a larger commercial law firm in Munich and worked on copyright law mandates there.

At Herfurth & Partner, she handles mandates on copyright law, competition law and various aspects of digitalisation, including in connection with employees and business partners. She is also responsible for legal controlling instruments and compliance.

Antonia Herfurth has already been making professional contributions to the Alliuris Group for many years, of which we are the partner law firm for Germany.
